📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations, including inventory, POS systems, and staff schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
• Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Collaborate with the central office to implement company-wide initiatives.
• Conduct regular outlet audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain a clean and organized outlet, ensuring a pleasant dining environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
