📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and evaluate potential customers for motorcycle financing products.
• Explain the benefits and features of our motorcycle financing solutions to potential customers.
• Assist customers in completing and submitting financing applications.
• Use our proprietary credit scoring system to assess customer eligibility for financing.
• Collaborate with our sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth and efficient financing process.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in motorcycle financing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of motorcycle financing products and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
