📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement HSEQ policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Monitor and report on HSEQ performance metrics.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Investigate and report on incidents and near-misses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HSEQ performance.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HSEQ administration.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or equivalent.
- Proficient in using HSEQ management software such as SAP, QHSE, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of local and international regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
