📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily facility operations, including cleaning schedules, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure compliance with clinic protocols and regulations.
• Manage and maintain clinic equipment, including sterilization and calibration.
• Train and supervise front desk and support staff to ensure high standards of service.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with industry regulations.
• Handle client inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive experience.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with the clinic management team to implement operational improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management or a related field in the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record in supervising staff and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare facility regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with clinic management software such as EHR systems or facility management tools.
• Certification in healthcare facility management or a related field is a plus.
