📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize sports events, including tournaments, championships, and other sporting activities.,Coordinate with event sponsors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.,Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, equipment, and staffing.,Manage event budgets and ensure financial targets are met.,Promote events through various marketing channels to attract participants and sponsors.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Provide excellent customer service to participants, sponsors, and other stakeholders.,Evaluate event performance and make recommendations for future improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, preferably in the sports industry.,Strong knowledge of sports events and regulations.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with event management software and tools.,Ability to manage and motivate a team.
