📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and service improvements.,Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure timely delivery of projects.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure the continued success of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales consulting or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
