📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the needs of the manufacturing and logistics departments.,Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality materials.,Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability to support production schedules.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proven track record of managing procurement processes and supplier relationships.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement and inventory management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian business practices and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
