📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the NFR reporting process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement strategies to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.,Oversee the work of junior staff and provide guidance and support.,Conduct regular reviews of reporting processes and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate submission of reports.,Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.,Provide training and mentoring to junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial reporting, with a focus on NFR.,Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and reporting standards.,Proven track record of leading and managing teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with financial reporting software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
