📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all aspects of HR and payroll services for the company.,Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.,Process and manage employee payroll, including tax calculations and deductions.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviews, and offer letters.,Coordinate with other departments to address employee concerns and issues.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and payroll management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and payroll services.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in using HR and payroll software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
