📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.,Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives to expand our client base and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.,Conduct regular client reviews and provide recommendations for improvement and growth.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute client acquisition and retention strategies.,Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing and growing client relationships.,Strong understanding of strategic planning and execution.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
