📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a retail or FMCG industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
