📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Lead and motivate the production team to achieve production targets and maintain high standards of quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that all operations are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that all products meet quality standards.,Work closely with the quality control team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Develop and implement production improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments such as purchasing, logistics, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or production industry.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.,Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
