Stripe is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join our Connect Growth & Monetization team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and monetization of Stripe Connect, our platform that enables businesses to accept payments and manage their financial operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define product strategies, and deliver high-impact solutions that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Define and execute product strategies to drive growth and monetization of Stripe Connect.,Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product opportunities.,Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.,Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.,Measure and track product performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights.,Partner with sales and customer success teams to align product offerings with business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in payment processing and financial technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology company.,Proven track record of delivering successful products and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of payment processing and financial technology.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Experience working in a fast-paced, Agile environment.,Strong communication and collaboration skills.,Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.,Familiarity with Stripe's products and services is a plus.
