📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top talent.,Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and integration.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and external partners.,Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, optimize recruitment processes, and improve hiring outcomes.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment between talent acquisition and other HR functions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.,Represent the company as a thought leader in talent acquisition, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role in the hospitality or related industry.,Proven track record of success in driving recruitment initiatives and achieving hiring targets.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
