Pacific Transport is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and reliability of our vehicles.

As a Lead Mechanic, you will work closely with our team of mechanics and other departments to ensure that our vehicles are always in top condition. You will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance schedules, training and mentoring junior mechanics, and ensuring that all repairs are carried out to the highest standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure vehicles are always in top condition
  • Train and mentor junior mechanics to ensure the highest standards of work
  • Inspect and diagnose vehicle issues to determine the cause and necessary repairs
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks to the highest standards
  • Ensure all repairs and maintenance are documented and recorded accurately
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure vehicles are ready for use
  • Ensure all safety and environmental regulations are followed

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a mechanic in a similar role
  • Strong technical background in vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations
  • Ability to train and mentor junior mechanics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles
