📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics department,Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods,Manage and mentor the logistics team, providing guidance and support,Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping,Develop and implement logistics strategies to meet company goals,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to logistics,Fluent in both English and Indonesian
