📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Lead and mentor HR staff to ensure high performance.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technologies.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives.
