📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the general affairs of the company, including office administration, facilities management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with various departments to address operational issues and improve efficiency.,Manage the company's budget and financial planning.,Organize and lead team-building activities and events.,Handle employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in general affairs or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
