📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, research, and engage with top influencers and KOLs relevant to our brand.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns using platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
• Assist in creating content briefs and guidelines for influencers.
• Monitor and report on campaign metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and influencer marketing.
• Assist in managing affiliate marketing programs and partnerships.
• Support the marketing team in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Canva, and Google Analytics.
• Passionate about social media and digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
