In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including discipline and grievance procedures.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Assist in training and development programs for employees.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR objectives are met.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
