Duta Hana Kebab is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and be responsible for ensuring our vehicles are in optimal condition, safe, and efficient. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our business and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and can work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and safe for use.,Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with mechanics and vendors to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.,Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations for the fleet.,Track and manage vehicle insurance, registration, and other legal requirements.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance costs.,Ensure compliance with environmental and emissions standards.,Manage and maintain vehicle documentation, including service records and inspection reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management.,Knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
