Cloud Data Group is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to oversee and manage our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This role is crucial in supporting our company's operational needs and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the fleet.,Ensure all vehicles are serviced and maintained according to manufacturer specifications.,Monitor fuel consumption and manage fuel procurement.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety and operational guidelines.,Manage vehicle insurance and registration documents.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any issues to the maintenance team.,Assist in the planning and scheduling of vehicle usage and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
