📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage branch operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with team members to achieve branch targets and goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage branch finances, including budgeting and reporting.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback and training.,Represent the company at local events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
