Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve and exceed them.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of store activities and transactions.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
