📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation and optimization of clinical information systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
• Ensure the security and compliance of all clinical systems with relevant regulations and standards.
• Lead the development and maintenance of clinical workflows to improve efficiency and patient care.
• Provide technical support and training to healthcare staff on the use of clinical systems.
• Collaborate with IT and healthcare teams to identify and address system issues and requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical systems management, with a focus on EHR and HIS.
• Certification in healthcare information technology, such as Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Proven experience in leading and managing IT projects and teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with healthcare professionals.
