📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the work area.,Train and mentor new employees to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.,Lead team meetings and provide guidance and support to team members.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Proven track record of customer service excellence.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
