📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and supervising a team of employees.,Ensure that all team members are aware of company policies and procedures.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching.,Delegate tasks and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.,Maintain a safe and productive work environment.,Handle employee relations and resolve any conflicts.,Assist in training and developing new employees.,Participate in performance evaluations and appraisals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Good understanding of labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
