📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in purchasing raw materials, including coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.,Maintain accurate records of all purchases and expenses.,Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Assist in the preparation of purchasing reports and presentations.,Stay updated with market trends and new product offerings.,Ensure compliance with all purchasing policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of coffee and food industry standards and regulations.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
