📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Monitor and maintain fleet performance metrics, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Provide support in the preparation of reports and presentations for fleet performance reviews.,Assist in the training and development of new fleet staff.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in any additional tasks as needed.,Ensure all fleet activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Indonesian transportation regulations and best practices.,Ability to travel and work in various locations as required.
